FAQ

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

My estimated processing time for orders is 3 working days although it is usually much quicker.

 I usually use Royal Mail first class post and therefore all delivery aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. I cannot be held responsible for late deliveries including orders placed for express services.

Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated automatically as you put items in your basket.

For overseas orders please allow extra time and please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

PACKAGING

To reduce the environmental impact, I usually use brown paper, card board boxes, paper envelopes etc. to package orders. I also re-use packaging material that I have received and I encourage my customers to re-use Toby & Bee's packaging.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

I try to keep shipping charges low and therefore usually use Royal Mail first class post.. Occasionally I will upgrade shipping to "tracked" in which case I will forward you a tracking ID. 

Of course, you have the option to purchase shipping upgrades when you place an order (domestic only).

 

TOBY FREEBEES

You can now collect reward points every time you shop with us. 

Just sign into your existing Toby and Bee account or create a new one. Make sure you're signed into your account every time you place an order.

To check your points balance, redeem points etc just click the Toby Freebee launcher, which is usually at the bottom left of your screen. On mobile sites it is a round logo with a white star.
