Returns Policy

I hope you are happy with your purchase but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you changed your mind

If you changed your mind, I am happy to accept returns as long as you send the item back to me. Please make sure you contact me within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

​

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless items are faulty. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Goods must be received back in the condition they where received. Fabrics cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into.

When returning goods please keep your proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the post.

Once I receive the returned goods I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If upgraded delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment.

Please allow for 2-3 days processing time.

 

Damaged of defective goods


Damaged or defect goods may be returned either for a full refund or exchange where possible.

All postal costs in returning the defect goods will be refunded. If goods are damaged in the post you must return the packaging that you received it in so we can take it up with our couriers.

About refunds

​

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive. I do not refund return postage costs on returns (unless the item is faulty). Items that have been returned back to me will be refunded inclusive of the original shipping costs only (unless item was faulty).
