Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website. This website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by Toby & Bee and we therefore have no control over the linked sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Terms of Sale

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Buyers must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.

When placing an order it is your responsibility to ensure that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency (e.g. Euros, Dollars, etc). The cost of foreign products may fluctuate according to exchange rates. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Payment processing

We use 'Wix payments' for card processing, which operates to the highest of security standards.

Wix is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant.

Shipping and Delivery

All fabrics are cut to order and dispatch is usually within 3 working days.

I normally use Royal Mail first class post unless "small parcel 2nd class" is selected at checkout. All delivery aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. I cannot be held responsible for late deliveries including orders placed for express services.

International Orders

Please allow extra time for international orders as delivery times can be affected by cross-border inspections, which are beyond my control.

Import Duties and Taxes

You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you; we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. Please also note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Pricing and Stock availability

All efforts are made to ensure that the indicated stock availability is accurate.

Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels.

Should an item you ordered be out of stock, I will inform you prior to processing your order and will either offer you an alternative item or a refund.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.
